What we collect

When you fill out a form, use our online quote tools, or text us, we get what you give us: your name, phone number, email, address, project details, and any photos you send. We never buy data about you from anyone.

What we do with it

We use it to do the job you asked about: call or text you back, prepare your estimate, schedule the work, and follow up afterward. Project notes may be organized using automated software tools that work on our behalf. Trusted service providers help us run the business: a customer database, an email service, a mobile alert service, and the scheduling system we share with our field partner. They process your info only to help us serve you. We never sell it, rent it, or share it with marketers.

Text messages

If you checked a consent box, we may text you about your project (appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups) and, only with separate consent, occasional seasonal offers. Reply STOP to any message to opt out instantly. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies & tracking

We advertise on Google, and Google's conversion tracking sets a cookie that tells us when an ad click turns into a request form. If you arrived from one of our ads, your browser also remembers that for 30 days so we know the ad worked. That's the only tracking we do. We don't sell browsing data, and you can opt out of ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as the warranty we gave you lasts. Ask us to delete your info sooner and we will, keeping only signed contracts we need to retain as records of completed work.
